The BioQuadX Glass Autoclavable Multiple Fermenter System is a complete, advanced fermentation setup specifically engineered for process development and optimization, helping to significantly reduce the time from product conception to market launch. This high-throughput system supports the simultaneous operation of 4 vessels, providing uniform control accuracy and effortless scalability. Each vessel enables independent regulation of critical parameters such as Agitation, Aeration, temperature, pH, DO, Foam/OD/ORP.
Unlike traditional incubator shakers and shake flasks, which offer only limited control over environmental conditions and often lead to inconsistent results, our BioQuadX system delivers real-time monitoring, precise parameter adjustment, and reproducible outcomes. This makes it an ideal choice for rapid strain screening, media optimization, and process intensification. - Feeding ports (acid/ base/antifoam/nutrients) with inoculation Septum port (multiport injection system), Air Exhaust with cooling condenser, pH and DO sensor, Temperature sensor, sampling/harvest dip tube port, Redox port/Turbidity sensor.
- Cooling coil on top plate and heater at bottom.
